Floris Schade van Westrum

Floris is an Associate Director within the Project Finance Renewables Europe Origination and Execution team of Rabobank, one of the leading banks in Project Finance globally. The energy transition is one of the core pillars of Rabobank’s ambition and the bank has been project financing renewable energy assets for over 20 years with a current global commitment of c. EUR 5bln distributed over 20 countries.

Floris is responsible for originating, structuring, negotiating and executing of renewable power transactions (offshore wind, solar PV, onshore wind, BESS) across Europe and has experience with a wide variety of structures including complex portfolios, and structures on the basis of corporate and/or baseload PPAs, subsidy schemes and merchant revenues. Recently, Floris was involved in the execution and structuring of several large-scale solar PV and onshore wind projects in Spain, Portugal, and Sweden. Floris holds a Master in International Business from TIAS Business School.
