Renewable energy sources have been Agnieszka’s focus since 2006. She advises a broad portfolio of multinational clients on the development and acquisition of wind farm and photovoltaic projects and other renewable energy sources in Poland as well as in the broader CEE region. Here experience encompasses advising on investment agreements, development agreements, joint ventures, share purchase and asset purchase agreements for various types of renewale energy assets, including due diligence of projects, in relation to M&A transactions and for financing banks.

She is well experienced in regulatory issues, including grid connection and energy trading and provides as well legal advice on offtake contracts, with particular focus on corporate PPAs.
