Alistair Perkins heads the Infrastructure Debt team at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, formerly NN Investment Partners since 2013. Additionally, he is a member of the advisory panel to the Institutional Investors Group for Climate Change (IIGCC) and also recently served as a Non-Executive Board Director of IPFA from 2017 to 2021. Previously, Alistair held positions as Head of Debt Restructuring at Dexia and was a member of its Management & Risk Committees following 5 years as a Director of its Global Project Finance Group. Prior to that, Alistair headed the infrastructure advisory team at NIBC Bank and also held positions in project finance with CIT in New York and Newcourt Capital in London. Alistair holds a Bachelor’s degree (BEng) in Civil Engineering and an MBA from the University of Nottingham
This session will begin with a quick-fire presentation which will be delivered by Bloomberg. It will cover the landscape and context for M&A and partnerships in 2023.
The audience will then split into smaller round table discussion groups where investors and developers can discuss business 1-2-1. Each round table will be hosted by an investor and developers will move around the room.
