EXPECTATIONS FOR THE UK SOLAR MARKET

For the first time in some years, solar PV has been able to participate in a UK auction and with the results of AR4 looming as well as the recent announcement that auctions will be annual, this panel will delve into the situation for solar investors in the UK:

  • What are the implications of AR4 for the UK solar market?
  • With volatility in power prices, how will the price of power be affected
  • The UK has a growing ground-mount and rooftop pipeline, what opportunities exist for investors?
  • What does the rise of larger projects under the NSIPs regime mean for the market?
