David Delaire is Managing Director, at Associé Valeur, where he manages M&A transactions as well capital raise, and portfolio management for renewable energies and clean technology assets.
He has extensive experience in the lifecycle of infrastructure assets, and for the past 16 years, he has focused on renewable energies. David has a well-rounded experience in renewable asset investments including capital raising (IPO, Rights Issuance, and private equity) deal structuring, M&A and portfolio management and optimization. He has held various senior executive positions such as Managing Director, Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer in Europe, the Caribbean, and the Americas.
David holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Tuskegee University, United States, and a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Management from Webster University, United States.
