Joern has over 20 years’ experience in project execution and operations, working around the world from Europe to the Middle East and Africa as well as North America. He is a leader and qualified coach, problem solver and active networker which has allowed him to successfully lead teams of 60+ people across 8 countries. He holds a B.Sc. Hons. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering as well as an M.Sc. in Project Management from the University of Aberdeen. Joern’s positions prior to Private Equity Partners (PEP) include Fichtner Consulting Engineers, Statkraft (utility), Phoennix Solar (Solar EPC), Scatec Solar (IPP) and Sonnedix (IPP).
