Maciej is in chargé of project finance, acquisition finance, LBO, syndicated loans, DCM, securitization and debt advisory in Poland. In recent years, Santander has become the market leader in financing renewable energy in Poland and provided more than PLN 1.5bn in long term financing for local and international investors for the total capacity of 1.5GW. Maciej’s team provides fully fledged services in arranging structured financing in the local and international markets.

Prior to joining Santander, Maciej Tarnawski worked for Unicredit as the Head of DCM, earlier in Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation was responsible for CEE coverage and in ABN AMRO worked in structured finance team.
