Rafal Sroka BA (Hons) Financial Economics and Investment and Executive MBA.
12 years of professional experience mainly in management positions in global investment banking, insurance at Lloyds of London and manufacturing. Most of his insurance career spent in the area of energy risk management for power plants, wind farms, hydropower.

Managed number of teams in compliance, operations and sales departments. He has led projects to merge organizations after acquisitions, management changes, and regularly led international organizational improvement projects.

He has worked with business partners from the United Kingdom, Switzerland, France, Germany, United States and Asia (Malaysia, India, Singapore).

Currently owner of financial advice firm and Board Advisor for Polish Energy Storage Association.
