Torsten Heidemann is Head of Infrastructure & Energy since 2020 at Berenberg, the world’s second oldest bank. He has 20 years of working experience in infrastructure and renewables project finance. At Berenberg he is responsible for six junior debt funds focusing on Renewables and Digital Infrastructure.

Prior to joining Berenberg he was Senior Vice President at Hamburg Commercial Bank (former HSH Nordbank) where he focused on senior debt in mostly renewables transactions in Europe.

He holds a Diploma in Business Adminstration & Engineering from Technical University Berlin and a Master of Engineering from University of Michigan.
