Justin Heads up Eden’s burgeoning PPA team and all other legal matters. Justin is an ex-partner of Stephens Scown LLP with over a decade of experience in energy and real estate law, providing advice exclusively in relation to clean energy projects within the UK. Justin is integral in facilitating the diverse contractual elements of Eden Sustainable’s commercial renewable energy solutions. He heads up the legal structuring of transactions, drafting and negotiating of key documents, undertaking legal due diligence, and funding frameworks. Justin is a non-executive director of Co Cars and Community Energy Plus.
