James Adams has over two decades of conventional and alternative energy investment banking and infrastructure investment experience across EMEA and Asia with Lehman Brothers and Man Group. James focuses on M&A and financings in Europe across front of and behind-the-meter power generation, flexible power and EaaS solutions platforms and businesses. Experience in the behind-the-meter / distributed energy solutions space include the £200m capitalisation of Wondrwall, investments into myenergi and Resalta, project finance for Younicos, and the public-to-private acquisition of Aggreko. James has led transactions for clients representing the interests of private offices and institutional and strategic investors.
