As CEO of Nala, Mike is the driving force behind the company’s vision and strategy to advance green energy.

Leading the Executive Team, Mike brings 30 years of management experience in the renewable energy sector. He has a proven track record in leading and expanding businesses in diverse markets with expertise across the value chain including in development, M&A and investments, finance, construction and operations.

Before joining Nala Renewables, Mike served as CEO of Hive Energy Renewables, where he led the development and investment in large-scale solar photovoltaic and battery energy storage projects on an international scale. Prior to this he was CEO of Element Power, where he spent a decade transforming the company into an international renewables business. This followed a successful career at RES where he was the Group CFO and Commercial Director, helping to grow RES into one of the leading global independent renewable energy companies.

Mike qualified as a Chartered Accountant under the ICAEW.
