Warren Campbell is CEO of Alight, a leading Nordic solar IPP backed by CVC DIF. Prior to becoming CEO in late 2024, Campbell was COO and Deputy CEO for over four years, leading Alight’s international expansion and scaling their utility scale solar business.
Energy market veteran Campbell has scaled multiple businesses over his 25+ year career. Prior to joining Alight, Campbell was a partner in McKinsey’s global energy practice for a decade, before founding (and being CEO of) Vireo Energy, a bioenergy company and investor.
