
Lucie Kanius-Dujardin
Lucie Kanius-Dujardin is Global Managing Director at NHOA Energy. Since taking on this role, Lucie has played a central part in structuring a multicultural organization for global growth and operational excellence, supporting NHOA in scaling up its activities and delivering over 4 GWh of battery energy storage systems worldwide. She leads today a worldwide team of 250 people in R&D, Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Development, Project Management and Services.
Prior to NHOA, Lucie held several leadership roles at ENGIE, where she led global renewable energy projects, managed strategic M&A transactions, and became CEO’s advisor on strategic orientations. Her deep expertise in energy transition, industrial operations, and international development continues to shape NHOA’s trajectory as a key player in the clean energy space.
Lucie holds a Dual-Master degree from Kedge and TongJi (同济大学) Universities and a MSc in Energy from ParisTech, IFP & INSTN Universities.
