Anastasios Papazachariou

Anastasios is a Senior PPA Manager at Cero Generation, a leading European solar energy and battery storage developer with presence across eight European countries. Cero Generation has a 25GW portfolio of projects under evaluation – one of the largest in Europe – and 353MW in operation and construction.

Anastasios leads the PPA Team at Cero Generation, currently originating, structuring, and finalising PPAs across the portfolio. Anastasios has a decade of experience in the renewable electricity sector having worked with developers and corporates on PPA structuring, energy risk management and energy procurement.

Prior to joining Cero, Anastasios worked as a Manager at EY UK in the Strategy and Transactions team in London and worked with several corporate electricity off-takers on renewable electricity strategy, procurement and PPA contract execution projects. Anastasios holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of the Peloponnese in Greece and a Master’s degree in Energy Economics from the University of Surrey.
