Andrew Eldred

Andrew Eldred is Chief Operating Officer at the electrotechnical and engineering services trade body, ECA. This includes leading on all aspects of workforce skills policy, including apprenticeships and net zero upskilling. In addition to his role at ECA, Andrew is a trustee-director of the apprenticeship training charity JTL, ECA’s representative on the board of the Electrotechnical Skills Partnership (TESP), and a member of the Construction Leadership Council’s People and Skills Network. In 2023-24, Andrew contributed to the work of the DESNZ Solar PV Taskforce Skills Group.
