Annabelle Livet

Annabelle Livet joined the Foundation for Strategic Research (FRS) in 2022 to work on energy security issues, with a focus on Germany and the European Union.

She is also a PhD candidate at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, where her research focuses on the concept of energy security in Europe, including the implications for the EU and NATO. She is a graduate of Ruhr-University Bochum (Germany) in European studies, international relations, and energy law and economics.
