Antonio Salvati

Antonio joined NextEnergy Capital in December 2014 and since then primarily focused on NextPower II and NextPower III.
Among the first team members of NextPower II, as Vice President, he set up the valuation process and worked on multiple M&A transactions in the PV market in Italy.

He joined NextPower III in 2019, and since then has led the investment activities across all jurisdictions where the fund has invested, becoming the Head of the Fund in 2023. During his time at NextEnergy Capital, Antonio was also appointed as Head of the Global Analyst Pool and led the team for two years.

Prior to NEC, he was part of the Financial Institutions Group team of KPMG in Milan, where he worked both in Audit and Corporate Finance practices. Previously he had internship experiences with an advisory firm focused on project finance for renewables.

Antonio graduated in Administration, Finance & Control from Bocconi University in Milan, with elective exams in corporate finance and holds a BSc in Financial Markets & Institutions from Tor Vergata University of Rome with elective exams in quantitative
