Enes Güzel

Enes Guzel is the UK Country Advisor for the Investment and Finance Office of the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye. A leading voice in international investment and diaspora engagement, he plays a key role in strengthening UK–Türkiye investment relations, with a particular focus on sustainable finance, clean energy, and infrastructure investment.

Enes has championed UK–Türkiye relations through his work across government, civil society, and think tanks. He is the founder of the Circle Foundation and My Life My Say, and has collaborated with major UK and Turkish institutions to advance bilateral trade, attract foreign investment, and build long-term economic partnerships that support both countries’ energy transition and green growth agendas.
