Eric Bjonerud

Eric is a Managing Director for Macquarie Asset Management (MAM), responsible for origination, execution, and management of onshore renewables investments across EMEA and the Americas. Eric has originated and led investments into 10 projects and companies deploying more than €1.5 billion of equity investments on behalf of MAM Green Investments. Most recently, Eric has led the bilateral origination and execution of Island Green Power and Ventos de Sao Zacarias. Prior to Macquarie, Eric worked at First Wind and SunEdison, where he focused on renewables investments across North America and Europe. He currently sits on the boards of directors at Island Green Power, Galehead, and Ventos de Sao Zacarias. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science in finance from Georgetown University
