Since October 2019, Fernando is Head of Origination, Structured and Long Term Products in Axpo Iberia. He leads the PPA business in Iberia and has placed Axpo Iberia as a leading company in the field.

As an expert in markets, volatility and financial products with over 10 years of experience within Axpo, Fernando has worked with energy producers and consumers, developing tailor-made solutions to optimize their energy budgets. He has specialized in renewable PPA transactions for producers and corporates in the Iberian market, adapting to the new trends and technologies and structuring bankable solutions to push for the energy transition.
