Frederik vom Scheidt

Frederik is leading the Green Hydrogen team at Pacifico Energy Partners, a renewable energy developer and asset manager. His team currently develops projects in Spain and Germany and originates new project opportunities across Europe.

Previously, Frederik worked as an independent renewable energy & hydrogen consultant for the EU Commission and industrial companies in Europe, providing strategic analysis, technical modeling, and policy advice. Prior to that he was a researcher at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he created and published a techno-economic model of integrated hydrogen systems.
He holds a PhD in Economics as well as a master’s and bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
