Jessica Bere

Jessica has over 10 years’ experience in Development Consent Order and Compulsory Purchase schemes. Her current focus is working within the Planning Act 2008 regime and she is advising multiple clients on how to successfully submit and prepare the compulsory purchase elements of Development Consent Orders. This also includes successfully negotiating with landowners to acquire land in advance of compulsory purchase. She has worked on the 500MW Gate Burton Energy Park in Lincolnshire, which has just finished the Examination Process, Cleve Hill Solar in Kent, the UK’s first Solar Development Consent Order and the Stonestreet Green Solar a 100MW scheme which is due to submit its DCO application to the Planning Inspectorate in Q1 this year.

Jessica is a Chartered Surveyor and Agricultural Valuer.
