Justin Brown

Justin’s responsibilities include developing and implementing the strategic vision of the company to become a leading international IPP. He has been responsible for the origination and the development of 500MW of solar assets in Ireland. He has led on multiple mergers and acquisitions in Ireland and Germany, and has also successfully transacted on the disposal of various solar assets.

Justin has successfully negotiated corporate PPAs with multinationals. He has negotiated various energy performance contracting (EPC) and other construction agreements. He continues to be responsible for growing the domestic and international team and reporting to the company board and shareholders. He was a founding member of the Irish Solar Energy Association (ISEA) and remained as a board member until 2019. Before co-founding PCRE he worked in structured property investments for executive pension funds and was also involved in a HR startup.
