Karthik Panicker

Karthik is an Associate Director within the ‘M Renewables’ division of Mytilineos SA. Mytilineos is an integrated renewables developer and EPC contractor active in the Romanian market. Karthik supports the structuring and execution of project financings for Mytilineos’ pipeline in UK and Europe, with a recent focus on the Romanian market. He also supports the origination and project development aspects for Mytilineos. Prior to joining Mytilineos in 2021, Karthik was at project finance lender Westpac Institutional Bank and worked in project finance roles at Mazars LLP and in Australia.
