Kostas Nikolopoulos

Kostas is Founder & CEO of Akereos Capital, a leading Investment Banking firm focused exclusively on Energy Transition. Kostas has more than 20 years of experience in Clean Energy & Green Infrastructure. He has completed north of €20b of transactions as an advisor and principal throughout his career. Before Akereos, Kostas Co-Founded and was an MD and voting member of the IC of SUSI Partners’ Energy Efficiency funds and earlier in his career he was a Principal in the Carbon Finance business of Climate Change Capital. A trained lawyer, Kostas holds a MA (distinction) in International Finance and Energy & Environment from SAIS the Johns Hopkins University, a LLB from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a BBA (distinction) from the American College of Thessaloniki
