Matt Boss

Matt joined Cubico in 2016 as Technical Director with a mandate to build a technical capability for the company after its formation in 2015. He then moved into the Head of Northern Europe role where he was responsible for Cubico’s 250MW PV and wind operating assets in the UK and also established a development joint venture with Peel NRE, before becoming global Head of Development in July 2022. Prior to Cubico, Matt spent seven years with Mainstream Renewable Power, mostly based in Chicago where he acted as Country Manager for the US and latterly Canada. His career started with BP where he worked on the business plan supporting the launch of BP Alternative Energy in 2005 and went on to lead BP’s entry into the Indian wind market.
