Michał Swół

Over 20 years of experience in energy and finance at CIO, CFO and other managerial positions with focus on renewables/large-scale solar, energy marketing, sales and trading as well as gas distribution. Before joining R. Power in 2020, was a partner at Movens Capital, VC/PE fund. Within 2009 – 2018 was CFO and Deputy CEO of Duon and then Fortum Markets Polska, following Duon acquisition by Fortum. Earlier worked for Orange, KPMG and Nafta Polska dealing with M&A,  financial and strategy advisory projects.

At R.Power manages Structured Finance, PPA, Investment Analytics and PV Asset Management functions.
