Natasha Luther-Jones is the Global Co-Chair of the Energy and Natural Resources Sector and the International Head of Sustainability and ESG, at global law firm DLA Piper.

Natasha has over 20 years’ experience of helping a range of clients with renewable energy and sustainability projects in the UK and internationally. She assists companies in meeting their sustainability objectives through her instrumental role in developing DLA Piper’s leading corporate power purchase agreements (PPA) practice, advising on all types – physical, virtual and hybrid across all sectors.  Natasha also led the team on DLA Piper’s multi award winning corporate PPA, making them the first law firm anywhere in the world to enter into an agreement as an offtaker.

Natasha advises on developments, investments, financings, refinancings, acquisitions, disposals, EPCs, O&Ms and PPAs. She works with developers, contractors, equity investors, purchasers, sellers, utilities and off-takers in respect of the development, construction and operation of renewable energy projects.

Natasha is recognized as a leading individual in Chambers, Legal 500 and A Word About Wind’s Women’s Power List. She is also the host of the Climate Transition podcast series.
