Sean Rai-Roche Rai-Roche

Sean is a Policy Advisor at the independent climate think tank E3G where he leads on renewable energy analysis and advocacy internationally. Sean also supports the UK Government’s Clean Energy Transition Partnership (CETP) initiative that works to unlock greater amounts of international public climate finance for the energy transition in emerging markets and developing economies, mobilising private capital into those geographies at the same time as transitioning public portfolios away from fossil fuels.
