Udo Olgemöller

Udo Olgemoeller is a partner at Allen & Overy, heads the firm’s German Public Law Practice in Germany and is the co-head of A&O’s German ESG Group. He is a regulatory specialist focusing on environmental, planning and permitting laws, on state aid and subsidies issues as well as on and foreign direct investment regulations. The energy sector as such and renewable energies in particular are key pillars of his practice. Udo has been advising clients, both on the sell side and the buy side, on PV/solar portfolios and will share practice-relevant insights to consider by investors when looking into the German market.
