Vladimir Tabutov

Vladimir is the founder and CEO of HEC SOLAR Ltd, a global company specialized in EPC and project development of solar power plants. The companies, run by Vladimir, have successfully completed over 300 solar projects in 35 countries for the past 15 years. His professional experience and know-how are in the fields of renewable energy project development, investment, EPC, BOS construction, O&M, but he also has an interest in general management, strategic management and negotiations. Vladimir is a Harvard Business School Alumni and member of Young President Organization. In the period of 2021-2023 Vladimir was a Member of the Bulgarian National Parliament. In his term he has initiated multiple legislation changes in renewable energy proving to be a strong proponent of the values of our industry. Vladimir is also an amateur triatlethe and avid ski mountaineer.
