Andrew is a managing director in Low Carbon Investment Management Fund leading origination, M&A, commercial & finance. Prior to joining Low Carbon, Andrew was Managing Director at Tower Transit Singapore managing public transport services including for the Singapore Land Transport Authority under a contract worth over S$600m. Before Tower Transit, Andrew was Senior Vice President for Amity Energy Management and a Vice President for Macquarie Capital in Singapore and Sydney. Andrew has over US$15bn of M&A and debt financing transactions experience in infrastructure, energy, resources and industrials sectors. Andrew holds undergraduate degrees in Commerce (Major in Finance) and Science (Major in Biomedical Science) from the University of Queensland and a Master of Finance from INSEAD.
This session will begin with a quick-fire presentation which will be delivered by Bloomberg. It will cover the landscape and context for M&A and partnerships in 2023.
The audience will then split into smaller round table discussion groups where investors and developers can discuss business 1-2-1. Each round table will be hosted by an investor and developers will move around the room.
