Guy is Head of Energy for Blackfinch Investments Ltd where he oversees its investment activities in the renewable energy and infrastructure space. Blackfinch is FCA regulated and has c.£650m of assets under management. He joined the business in 2016 and brings in-depth knowledge of corporate finance gained through various structured finance (debt and equity) investment roles with Lloyds Banking Group. Blackfinch Energy currently has a 96MW renewable energy portfolio valued at c.£150m having achieved 10-fold portfolio growth over the last 5 years. Guy has a Masters’ degree from Cambridge University, is a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society and Associate Member of the Energy Institute. He also holds the Investment Management Certificate.
