Andrew Dean

Andrew joined Lightsource bp in 2018 and has held several roles since then supporting the expansion and scale-up of the business, from corporate strategy to operations. Currently, he oversees the financial and technical performance of LSbp’s 4.2 GWp portfolio of operating solar and BESS assets across the United Kingdom, USA, Spain, Australia, and Brazil. 40% of these MW are managed on behalf of third-party strategic and institutional clients, via a combination of Asset Management and O&M contracts. Prior to Lightsource, Andrew worked in strategy consulting with the Boston Consulting Group, specialising in energy and industrials in the North American market. He holds an MBA from London Business School and a B.Sc in Civil Engineering from Queen’s University (Canada).
